Introduction

The tables below give the penetration figures of the most common German guns used to combat armored vehicles.

Listed is also some of the guns captured from other countries and pressed into German service. Some of these guns saw limited used, while other, such as the Czechoslovak 37 mm and 47 mm guns, and the Russian 76.2 mm guns, became an integral part of the German arsenal.

When using the test results, it is important to bear in mind the following:
